Claris Eye Care & Surgery opens with a focus on the patient, encompassing trusted clinical quality as well as high levels of interaction between the patient and the physician.  “Far too often, large medical groups are designed like factories,” says Keith H. Carlson, MD, Claris founder.  “This clinic will focus on patients as people.  As I always have, I will personally spend the time with patients that they need to be comfortable with the decisions they make about their eyes.”

Dr. Carlson has nearly 20 years of extensive patient care and surgical experience.  He is Mayo trained and has worked in the Twin Cities since the early 1990s.  He and his team have a track record of providing patients with the time they need in the exam room, and the clinical quality they need for optimal vision outcomes.

Beginning August 19, patients can call 612.775.8009 to make an appointment with Dr. Carlson at Claris.  Patients will begin being seen at Claris’ offices on September 1.

Claris uses an electronic medical record, which will include an on-line means of scheduling appointments and securely accessing patient test results and other information.
