Soon, when you select “patient login” on this Web site, you will have secure access to your health record and registration materials. What’s more, you will be able to conduct all of the following quickly and easily:

• Request a time for an appointment
• Submit payment online
• Update demographic information
• Request a call back from a Claris staff member
• Prescription renewal requests

We will be communicating the full benefits of our on-line patient portal with you soon, as well as details on how to use the system.
