Phillips Eye Institute– This is where Claris conducts all of its eye surgeries.  Phillips is recognized as one of the premier eye surgery centers in the nation, and is the only specialty eye hospital in the Upper Midwest.

Dr. Carlson has a longstanding relationship with Phillips, including his past service as the Chairman of the Ophthalmology department.  For this reason, we have located our offices right next door for quick and convenient access to Phillips, for you and us.

Allina Hospitals & Clinics – Dr. Keith Carlson, Claris founder, serves patients at select Allina facilities.  Allina is one of the largest clinic and hospital systems in the nation, with numerous quality awards to its name.

The Phillips Eye Institute is part of the Allina system of hospitals and clinics.

NextGen EMR – Dr.  Keith Carlson is an advanced user and proponent of electronic medical records (EMR).  He provides leadership to the Phillips Eye Institute for their implementation and use of their Excellian EMR and has implemented NextGen EMR software within Claris.  These products promote clinical accuracy and improve communication with patients.

EYE – Claris is a supporter of the Early Youth Eyecare program (EYE) that provides free vision screenings for thousands of public school children.  Claris contributes a portion of its clinic time to seeing patients in this program.
