Here’s what you can do with NextMD:
- Send and receive secure messages by email to Dr. Carlson and staff
- Request, review and print records from your chart
- Request optical prescriptions
- Request medication refills
- Request and confirm appointments
- Research and print information about the eye and other medical topics
To sign up for NextMD:
- Click HERE to receive your enrollment form via email. You will then be able to fill out, sign and return the form to Claris electronically.
- Once your enrollment form is processed by Claris, you will receive an enrollment token by email.
- Go to the NextMD website and follow the steps outlined to input your enrollment token and activate your NextMD account.
